Barron Collier school nurse recognized as Florida’s best


Connie Blackwell threw her arms in the air and proclaimed “Wow.” She was responding to being named Florida School Nurse of the Year at an awards ceremony on Monday morning at Barron Collier High School where she has been the school nurse since 2001.
