American Academy of Nursing Receives Major Grant to Prepare


The John A. Hartford Foundation has awarded $9.3 million to the American Academy of Nursing to train nursing faculty in geriatrics in order to improve training for the next generation of American nurses. Since 2000, the foundation has granted AAN more than $21 million to support geriatric nursing education.
