A Chongqing resident's request for an educated wet nurse has raised the eyebrows of netizens. The resident, netnamed New Papa, posted a notice on a local website on Monday saying he needed a college graduate to breastfeed his six-month-old baby for 5,000 yuan ($730) per month.
