Rockland nursing home's care faulted (The Journal News)


RAMAPO - Rockland's county-run nursing home where an elderly nun was killed by a falling closet Aug. 31 has three times more patient care complaints than the state average - the highest rate among Rockland's 10 nursing homes, according to state data.
