Ombudsmen represent nursing home residents (Chicago Flame)


It was on a warm fall afternoon that Sandy Lenox made her routine visit to the DeKalb County Rehab and Nursing Center. Her first stop was to meet with Marie Madison, who is the president of the resident council, in a quaint outdoor courtyard filled with flowers and shaded seating.
