TALLAHASSEE -- A manager of a Port St. Lucie nursing home has been charged with scamming an elderly man out of almost $2,000 while in his care. Forty-five-year-old Rickey Hatcher was arrested Friday by law enforcement officers with the Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
