Nursing home whose patient had maggots cleared of neglect (


A DeLand nursing home was cleared of criminal neglect by the state Attorney General's Office on Wednesday in the case of an elderly patient who died after being found with maggots in both eyes after he was hospitalized for respiratory problems.
