County nursing homes cited for violations (North Texas Dail


The Department of Aging and Disability reported that one in six nursing homes in Denton County were cited for state or federal violations. Violations are grouped under federal tags, spokeswoman Laura Albrecht said. There are more than 400 tags, spanning care-related violations concerning dietary and medication issues to record-keeping and maintaining building codes.
