nursing in the states x

was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, i currently work in sexual health/HIV and am thinking about moving to LA.

I love where i currently work and wouldn't want 2 move out of sexual health/HIV and my job is ward and clinic based.

i need 2 know if i could still be a sexual health/HIV nurse or would i have to work on a general ward first.

any info would be great thanks x
