One Dead In Roosevelt Island Nursing Home Fire (NY1 News)
A nursing home resident is dead after a fire broke out early Sunday at a Roosevelt Island nursing facility. Fire department officials say flames broke out shortly after 5 a.m. Saturday on the 11th floor of the Roosevelt Island Senior Association Center.
