Alleged neglect of patients at Medford facility caught on tape Four Suffolk County nursing home workers were arraigned Tuesday on charges of falsifying records and endangering patients after a state attorney general's office investigation that involved the use of a hidden camera, said a defense attorney for one of the workers.
