State pays $140,000 to ex-nurse (Concord Monitor)


The state has paid $140,000 to settle a lawsuit by a former nurse who said she was penalized for accusing a supervisor of sexually harassing her. The woman claimed her supervisor was jealous because he wanted to date the same man she was dating.
