A federal report shows problems were found at most Kentucky nursing homes inspected in 2007, but fewer than the national average. The Lexington Herald-Leader cited the report by the U.S. Health and Human Services inspector general, which said deficiencies were found at 88 percent of Kentucky nursing homes.
