Levy would close Suffolk County nursing home under 2009 bud


Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy Friday proposed a no-tax-increase budget of $2.64 billion for 2009, which cuts spending by $125 million and calls for the closing of the 264-bed John J. Foley nursing home in Yaphank.
