CHAMPAIGN – An anonymous complaint brought federal investigators to the Champaign County Nursing Home late last week. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services sent investigators from a Medicare/Medicaid fraud unit to the nursing home on Friday, said Administrator Andrew Buffenbarger.
