Vietnamese Nurse May Have Contracted Bird Flu From Patient


Reports from Vietnam indicate that a 26-year-old male nurse from the Thai Binh province has contracted the H5N1 bird-flu virus. Officials believe that he contracted the disease from a patient for whom he was caring. The nurse has now been taken to a hospital in Hanoi.
