A man who tricked his way into a Winnipeg hospital and spent two years posing as a nurse has been hit with a $3,000 fine. Edwin Canseco, 37, pleaded guilty this week to violating Manitoba's Registered Nurses Act by passing himself off as a qualified employee despite not having proper credentials.
