URBANA – There won't be a Champaign County Nursing Home tax subsidy proposal on the November ballot. At the county's policy committee Wednesday night, the issue was tabled by a voice vote, meaning it won't be on the full board's agenda Aug. 21, which would have been the last board meeting before the deadline for approving a referendum proposal.
