TALLAHASSEE — Attorney General Bill McCollum today announced that a Washington County nurse was arrested on charges that he neglected an elderly patient and falsified the patient’s medical records. Ronald P. Culhane was arrested today by authorities with the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
