Bond was set at $100,000 today for a nursing assistant that DuPage County prosecutors claim is responsible for the death of a 89-year old resident of an Itasca nursing home. Heidi Leon, 23, (right) of Bensenville was arrested Wednesday by Itasca police and taken to the DuPage County Jail.
