Deputy coroner/nurse practitioner arraigned on fraud, theft


Following an indictment on June 19, Sallie Bethea, a Webster Parish deputy coroner and nurse practitioner, was arraigned Tuesday on 100 counts of Medicaid fraud and one count of theft.
