Funeral service set for Army nurse (Winston-Salem Journal)


Funeral services are scheduled for an Army nurse killed near Fort Bragg. Second Lt. Holley Wimunc's body was found in a wooded area near Camp Lejeune three days after a suspicious fire at her Fayetteville apartment. Her husband, Marine Cpl. John Wimunc served as a combat engineer at the base. He is charged with first-degree murder, arson and conspiracy to commit arson in the slaying of his wife.
