A first-year student of Delhi University's Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing has complained of ragging in the college hostel. The student Madhu (name changed), who called up her father late on Thursday night, has complained that seniors ragged her and others. Delhi University officials confirmed the reports but said no FIR had been lodged yet.
