St. Mark's Nurse Survives Arizona Chopper Crash (FOX 13 Uta


The nurse who survived the helicopter collision in northern Arizona is a Salt Lake City man. The Salt Lake Tribune reports on its Web site that 36-year-old James Taylor is a registered nurse at St. Mark's Hospital. He was working his second job as a flight nurse in Arizona at the time of the crash.
