Take the usual uncertainties of renovation work and complicate that by undertaking a project at a fully occupied, fully functioning 157-bed nursing home and you have a challenge. But it is one that Rogers Construction Co. could and did tackle during its work at Ashton Woods Rehabilitation Center.
