BARTOW | Roy Copland Vinson, who became Bartow Regional Medical Center's chief executive officer in April, no longer is with the hospital.Neither is the hospital's chief nursing officer, Carol Reeder.Both "departures," as the hospital is calling them, happened Monday but the reasons why haven't been disclosed.
