Excellence in nursing award for Scherf (The Journal News)
Kathleen Scherf of Sparkill, a nurse in the ambulatory surgery unit at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, was one of 50 nurses in the region to receive a 2008 Excellence in Nursing Award from Hudson Valley magazine.
