UW-Eau Claire and UW-Oshkosh will be starting a new collaborative doctorate of advanced practice nursing program. "We are hoping to advance the profession of nursing to where it deserves to be right now," said Roxanna Huebscher, graduate program director for the College of Nursing at UW-Oshkosh.
