Nursing home work could cost less (The Evening Sun)


York County could cut the estimated cost of renovating its nursing home complex by covering an asbestos-riddled floor. The county commissioners on Wednesday unanimously decided to blanket the building's linoleum with a specially designed carpet that would encapsulate the asbestos underneath.
