Audrey Nurse Tadlock Burris (The Daily Democrat)
On May 14, 2008, Yolo County lost one of its oldest descendants, 4th generation Audrey Nurse Tadlock Burris (Audie) at age 90. She was the daughter of Albert Rose and Carolyn Clark Nurse and the great-granddaughter of Capay Valley pioneers Joel and Emmarine Wood.
