Former Franklin County jail nurse given probation for steal
A former Franklin County jail nurse was given probation today instead of a prison sentence for stealing painkillers from inmates. Janet Whitt, 34, pleaded guilty to felony charges of theft of drugs and tampering with evidence in April.
