SPECIAL CBI Magistrate on Friday dismissed the bail applications of kidney scam kingpin Dr. Amit Kumar and nurse Linda but granted bail to helpers Suresh, Umesh and Naresh. The accused had filed applications under section 167/2 of CrPC pleading that the CBI has failed to submit the chargesheet within mandatory 90 days, because of which they are entitled for bail.
