CARROLLTON – The husband of a nursing home patient shot his wife at the facility before turning the gun on himself Tuesday afternoon. Facility officials confirmed the shooting happened about 2:30 p.m. at Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in the 1200 block of Eleventh Street.
