A NURSE who photographed a vulnerable patient on a hospital toilet has been punished with a two year caution order. Sherril Gurley, 45, from Chadwell Heath, used her mobile phone to take a picture of the elderly patient as she sat on a toilet on Linford Ward at Basildon Hospital.
