EDMONTON - Edmonton police say a nurse found dead in a burned-out car on a busy street last week was shot to death. The case of Shernell Sharon Pierre is now being confirmed as a homicide. The 26-year-old was found dead Wednesday night in her car just south of West Edmonton Mall.
