Nurse with latex allergy wins £300,000 payout after hospit


A trainee nurse has been awarded more than £300,000 compensation from the Health Service after developing an allergy to latex gloves. Tanya Dodd's career was cut short after she discovered that coming into contact with latex could send her into a potentially fatal anaphylactic shock.
