Nursing home driver strikes plea deal (KOB-TV Albuquerque)
The nursing home driver accused of hitting a curb and killing a patient inside her van made a deal with the state Thursday. Dawn Kolbush was originally charged with DWI and vehicular manslaughter in the death of 85-year-old Mary Sue Riddle.
