Fire damages North Spokane nursing home (KHQ Spokane)


SPOKANE, Wash. - A section of one wing of the Avalon Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center on Nevada was evacuated because of a small fire Sunday night. Officials say the fire was contained to an HV duct, and damage was minimal. All residents will remain at the hom. No injuries were reproted.
