Mistrial declared in drunk nurse case (KOB-TV Albuquerque)
A mistrial has been declared in the case of the intoxicated nurse accused of contributing to a 5-year-old girl’s death. Christine Urioste sued nurse Ann West Barnes and Lovelace Hospital over the 2004 incident.
