SANDUSKY - A former nurse at a Perkins Township nursing home pleaded not guilty yesterday in Erie County Common Pleas Court to multiple felony charges that he raped and abused two disabled male residents at the Concord Care Center of Sandusky Inc. in Perkins Township.
