ELLICOTT CITY (AP) - A hospital nurse heard a gun-wielding Maryland prison inmate tell a correctional officer, "I'm going to kill you," moments before he fatally shot the guard in the head, a prosecutor told a jury yesterday during opening statements in the inmate's trial.
