WHITE PLAINS - Their countdown started a little early, but revelers at the Schnurmacher Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing didn't seem to care that the clock was striking 12 p.m. rather than 12 a.m. as they cheered, blew noisemakers and sang "Auld Lang Syne" to welcome in the new year yesterday.
