Carlyle completes buyout of nursing-home operator Manor Car
TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Private-equity firm Carlyle Group says it's completed its $6.3 billion buyout of Manor Care Incorporated -- a nationwide nursing home chain that runs 31 facilities in Illinois.
