A former jail nurse pleaded guilty in Forsyth Superior Court today on a charge that she had sex with an inmate. Vickie Dawn Manning, 48, was a nurse for Naphcare, a Birmingham, Ala., company that has the contract for basic medical care at the Forsyth County jail.
