questions from hospital dictation
Hi folks, Since Bossy has come to the rescue a couple times for me, I have 2 or 3 more questions based on a dictation I transcribed earlier today. I do appreciate the input!
EDTC, does this mean generally emergency department telemetry care? Used in context of admission.
MOM, this is a medication taken to mean Milk of Magnesium, is this correct?
What is meant by "Patient's ins and outs will be checked".
