In a conversation before her murder, nurse Lori Dupont appeared "happier, stronger, settled," a senior hospital manager testified Monday at the coroner's inquest into the Nov. 12, 2005, stabbing death of Dupont and subsequent suicide of her killer, Dr. Marc Daniel.
