Nurse fired over hygiene breach (Channel 4)


A nurse has been struck off for failing to wash her hands after treating a patient with the MRSA superbug. Yvonne Zanele Cemane, who also failed to wear a protective apron while treating the patient, was found guilty of misconduct by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
