Does anyone know of an online LPN to RN program in North Carolina. I am currently working full time and cannot afford to quit to go back to school but really want to get my RN. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
Many of my friends have used Regents college online. I believe you have to go to Atlanta one time for clinicals and then practical exam but a small time frame.
