Woman Accused of Biting Nurse (KWWL Iowa)


Police found Stevie Halupnick drunk and on the ground in Iowa City Saturday. According to police, when an ambulance arrived, Halupnick had to be restrained in the ambulance and at the hospital, where she bit the nurse.
