CLARKSBURG -- After two years of delays, the state's first veterans' nursing home has finally opened its doors to patients. On Friday, the West Virginia Veterans Nursing Home accepted its first two veterans, an elderly man who can get around with a cane and a woman who uses a wheelchair.
